Please note that when you complete this form it is for the next available show only. To speed up the registration process, we ask that all forms be filled out online.

NOTE: If this is your first time entering a Shilo event this year, please fill out our online Membership Form and our online Liability Form. 

Online entry cut off is the Thursday before the event at 9:00pm. All entry fees and membership fees must be paid on the morning of the event BEFORE 9:00am. Failure to do so and you will be scratched from the event. No exceptions!

EXHIBITION:  For riders who wish to enter their horse as an exhibition run, please fill out the form accordingly and add [Exhibition] next to your horse’s name.

You can enter as many times as you want per horse per class.
